His career began in retail, where he worked as a Store Manager for national big-box retailers, overseeing large teams, high-volume operations, and delivering exceptional customer service. This early experience built the foundation for his leadership skills and client-first mindset.
He then advanced into the financial sector, serving as an Assistant Vice President at Bank of America, where he managed financial operations and client portfolios. In this role, Mohammad refined his financial acumen, risk management skills, and ability to guide clients through complex decisions.
Building on these experiences, he launched and successfully operated his own mortgage brokerage, Khan Home Loan LLC, becoming a trusted name in helping families secure financing. Alongside his professional career, Mohammad has spent over two decades as a real estate investor, owning and managing rental properties as well as successfully flipping homes. This hands-on experience gives him deep insight into property valuation, investment potential, and the renovation process — knowledge he passes on to his clients.
